Produced by Minbimbangal, this serial has completed 100 episodes and celebrated the event at Alandur where the unit had gathered for shooting. Saravanan has replaced Prajan, hero. Of course a love story as the title suggests, the soap revolves round Sakthi, the hero, and Janaki whose father wants her to pursue IAS but who instead falls in love. The plot thickens when Sudha, Janaki's friend, tries to lure Sakthi.
