Bharat Sangeet Utsav

As part of the musical repertoire, Southern Spice Music will air the Bharat Sangeet Utsav 2005, an event that presents performances by leading Hindustani and Carnatic classical artists from December 11 to December 24 — Monday to Saturday at 7.45 a.m. and Sundays 8 a.m. Those set to stage include Hindustani vocalist Shruti Sadolikar, Kadayanallur Tukaram Ganapathy Maharaj (bhajan) and Pradeepkumar and Udipi Ravikiran (Hindustani jugalbandhi). On December 31, the best performances from the utsav will be aired from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Excluding this, the show `I Me Myself,' will deal with the lives and minds of celebrities such as Sudha Ragunathan, Bombay Jayashri Ramnath, Mandolin U Srinivas, Vikku Vinayakarama and Sivamani.
