Tirunakshatram

Sri Venkataramana Bhagavata Swamigal Trust, Kumbakonam, (Ph: 422634 / 420681), will celebrate the 225th Thirunakshatram of Sri Venkataramana Bhagavathar, disciple of Saint Tyagaraja, from March 22 to 24 at Arulmigu Sri Vedanarayana Perumal, Arulmigu Sri Varadaraja Perumal temple, Kumbakonam.

The three-day fest will begin on March 22 with sampradaya bhajans at 9 a.m. followed by rendition of Pancharatna kritis by eminent artistes. Each day will feature a music concert in the evening. The utsavam is also celebrated at Ayyampettai, Madurai, Salem and Paramakudi.
