DVD on yoga
Super Audio in association with Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, has released Yoga — for Beginners, a DVD. The asanas have been performed by the students of the Math under the supervision of K. K. Venkatraman. The exercises are taught to young children in the age of 8-14 in the Sunday Balamandir class of the Math. The DVD, ( Rs. 350), is accompanied by a useful instruction booklet.

Maha Sudarsana yagam
The trustees of the Gokulaa Lakshmi Yadava (Trust) has planned to conduct Sri Yoga Narsimha Sri Maha Sudharsana Yagam, on June 25, at G. Lakshmi, 1/5, Mettu Street, P. T. Road, Kondapalayam, Sholingur - 631 102.

KFA's award function
The cash awards and rolling trophies for the winners of the Kodai Nataka Vizha awards by Kartik Fine Arts, Chennai, will be distributed at a function to be held on June 1 at Narada Gana Sabha, Chennai, 6 p.m. L. Sabaretnam, Chairman, KFA, will preside over the function and Nalli Kuppuswami Chetty will be the chief guest. The day's event will also feature a Tamil play, "Gnanapeetam" by Mali's stage.
