Festival of animated films

Alliance Française de Trivandrum in association with the French Embassy in India and Toonz Animations India Pvt Ltd. is organizing a three-day festival at Kalabhavan from May 27.

Called `Le Long S'anime' (Features Getting Animated), the package includes seven animated films. The festival is open to the public.

The schedule is as follows:

May 27

`The King and the Mocking Bird' (Le Roi et l'oiseau), 9.30 a.m.

`Kaena: the Prophecy' (Kaena, la prophetie), 90' 11.20 a.m.

May 28

`Kirikkou and the Sorceress' (Kirikou et La Sociere), 9.30 a.m.

`The Triplettes of Belleville' (Les Triplettes de Belleville), 10.45 a.m.

`The Dog, the General and the birds' (Le Chien, Le Général et les oiseaux), 12.10 p.m.

29 May

`Raining Cats and Frogs' (La prophetie des Grenouilles) 9.30 a.m.

`The Island of Black' (Mor L'ile de BlackMor), 11.10 a.m.
