Special concert

Sankara Academy of Music and Arts has organised `Subash60,' a special violin concert by L. Subramaniam with Master Ambi Subramaniam at Music Academy, Chennai, on June 19, 5.30 p.m. onwards.

Percussion maestro T. H. Subash Chandran will be felicitated the same day and his students will present `Guru Samarpan,' a percussive presentation.

Dr. S. S. Badrinath, chairman, Sankara Nethralaya, A. K. Palanivel Rajan, T. H. Vikku Vinayakram, V. V. Sundaram and Bhargavi Sundararajan will be the chief guests.

A special album, `Subash60' produced by Kosmic Audios will be released by L. Subramaniam and Dr. Badrinath will receive the first copy.
