HUTCH KALAKKA POVADHU YAARU-2 on Vijay TV, Friday, 22.00.

Second innings

The comedy show, on the look out for the best talent in humour, being aired on Vijay TV, will have its second part launched today. "Hutch Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru-2," will be aired on the channel, today at 22.00.

In order to maximise the number of the entries for the show, Vijay TV had tied up with Sify@iway and contestants were allowed to take up audition test at any of the 450 sify@iway outlets across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore and this saw a good response.

The second part of the comedy show promises to be fresh in terms of the talent and the kind of flavour it's going to bring.

Hosted by Swarnamalya, the judges of the show are actor Pandiarajan and cricketer Sadagopan Ramesh.

Chinni Jayanth, busy with direction of his film, will join the show after a few episodes.

The first five participants are Srinivasanfrom Erode, Guru Sundarfrom Madurai, Venkatesh from Madurai, Prathikgnan from Kerala and Eshwaran from Tiruchi.

Mom & Me

(Jaya TV, Saturdays, 21.00)

The first game show of its kind, this one is especially for the mothers and their daughters.

Girls between the age group 12 and 15 years along with their mothers can contest in this show that is spread over four segments.

The mother-daughter pair that wins "Andrum Indurm," "Ettikku Potti," "Three Roses" and "Kandupidi Kandupidi" segments will be crowned the `Best Mom and Me" pair of the week.

The show is hosted by Devadarshini.

(Kiran TV, Sunday to Saturday, 18.00)
