For young aspirants who wish to become a playback singer, Jaya TV offers a chance to prove the skill.
"Hamam Nalangumavu Ennodu Paattu Paadungal," a new show to be aired on Jaya TV, is on the look out for best talents in music. Those in the 15-21 age group can take part in the contest.
Interested candidates can send their voices taped on an audio CD or cassette to the channel. The selected voices will get a chance to give a stage show with one of the music legends, playback singer S. P. Balasubramaniam.
Stay tuned to the channel for the date and time of the programme.

Here is yet another programme on Jaya TV, `All in All 60 Seconds,' in which the talented, in any field, are encouraged to display their skills.
Meant for everyone, the participants will have to showcase their best in 60 seconds.
The winners will be selected by the guest of the week. The first show will have Daniel Balaji, of `Vettaiyadu Vilayadu' fame, as the judge.
