New Asianet serial

Joycee's new serial `Samadooram' is about Janaki who has to raise her five children on her own after her husband deserts her. She starts an industrial unit called `Mathoor Rice Mills.'

After many years, her husband returns with his two daughters, Kalyani and Meenakshi. He wants Janaki to take the two children under her wing.

However, Kalyani is raped and she commits suicide and her father also dies. Janaki, who faces stiff resistance from her children, takes in Meenakshi.

But Janaki is murdered and Meenakshi's grandfather Subbiah Gounder looks after her. Meenakshi is his heir and after her grandfather's death, she returns to solve Janaki's murder. Adihthyan, Sobha Menon, Renjini Krishnan and Dimple star in the serial, which starts on November 13.
