Ending a yearlong speculation of which film will mark Madhuri Dixit's return to celluloid, Yash Chopra announced that Mrs. Nene would be returning for a new film to be produced by his banner next year. The film will be directed by Anil Mehta. The banner seems to be favoured by actresses making a return to the screens. Remember Kajol walking away with accolades in Fanaa earlier this year?

All out of love

Salman Khan may be toying with the idea of a sequel to Tere Naam and might be essaying the lead in Nikhil Advani's Salaam-e-ishq, but he declares he is yet to find true love. The Namesake shines

Mira Nair's adaptation of Jhumpa Lahiri's The Namesake will release in the US and in India only in the early part of next year. But the film has been earning its fair share of appreciation from international film festivals. Post the premiere, the film was screened at a film festival conducted by the Indo American Arts Council in New York. Actors Tabu and Irrfan too have been lapping up all the good reviews the film has been receiving.

An animation film

When Karan Johar says he is moving away from candyfloss, he means it. After the muchdebated KANK, he plans to produce an animation film that will target children. Meanwhile, Karan plans to direct a new film sometime next year with an enviable star cast.
