Rama Navami

Sri Bhaktha Anjaneyar Cultural Charitable and Spiritual Association, Kottivakkam, is celebrating Rama Navami from March 26-28. The deity will be adorned with special alankarams and special abishekams performed on all mornings. On Monday, there will be group chanting followed by nama sankeertanam of A.L.Krishnamurthi Bagavathar and A.V.K.Rajasimham. On Wednesday, musicians will render Pancharatna kritis at 7 p.m.

Saraswathi Vaggeyakara Trust is celebrating the festival from March 27 to April 4 at Sitadevi Garodia Hindu Vidyalaya, East Tambaram. Sudha Seshayyan will inaugurate the festival on March 27 at 6 p.m. Udayalur Kalyanaraman will render namasankeertanam.

Sree Maruti Baktha Samajam, Siva Veera Anjaneyar temple, Koyapettai (near Mandai Kulam), Porur (Ph: 98842 40679), is celebrating the festival from March 27-31 at the samajam premises. Special homams, music concerts and katha kalakshepams will take place.
