String of awards for Sonal Mansingh

Dance exponent, Sonal Mansingh, was conferred Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) by G.B. Pant University, Uttarakhand on April 21, at Pant Nagar.

The doctorate actually is one of the many accolades that the dancer has received in the past few months including Hanuman Samman earlier this month. The award was conferred at the Hanumath Jayanti celebrations held at the ashram of Saint Moraro Bapu, Mahua.

Sonal Mansingh is also the recipient of Kalidas Samman given by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to an eminent artist.
