Ramana aradhana

It was 57 years ago on a trayodasi day in the Tamil month of Chitirai at 8.47 p.m. that Bhagavan Ramana merged with Arunachala. Ramana Kendra Trust is conducting the aradhana of Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi on May 14 at Sri Anantaswami Gnana Mantapam, Alarmelmangapuram, Mylapore.

The morning session begins at 7 a.m. with Ekadasa Rudra Japam and abhishekam followed by Sahasranamam.

The afternoon programme begins with Pradosha puja at 4 p.m. Andavan Pichai Bhajan Mandali presents bhajans at 5 p.m. followed by Nama Sankirtanam by B. Anantharaman. At 6.45 p.m., the portrait of Ramana Maharishi will be taken in procession.
