Rib tickling comedy



Kichu Kichu on Podhigai TV, Sundays, 9.30 a.m.

Kichu Kichu,’ a comedy show will be aired on Podhigai TV, Sundays, 9.30 a.m.

Produced by Super Surya Combines and directed by ‘Junior’ Mouli, each episode in the programme will be spun around a single theme.

The programme is spread over three segments in which non-professionals will participate.

The fare includes a play, and a debate called ‘Nettai Panchayat,’ in which a tall person will play the moderator and present his verdict on a civic issue.

Each week’s show will have a celebrity, from the tinsel world, small screen, theatre or literature, as the judge, who will share his/her experiences.

250th episode



Pudhumai pengal on KTV, Sundays, 9.30 a.m.

Hosted by actor Revathi, ‘Pudhumai Pengal,’ a programme that discusses various topics related to women is aired on KTV, Sundays, 9.30 a.m.

Directed by R.Ravichandran, the 250th episode, to be filmed in New Delhi, will be telecast on July 29.

Bharathi

The first mega soap to be aired on Kalaignar TV, weekdays, the serial revolves round the life of a girl who avenges the death of her sister.

A gullible girl gets married into a family with much hope. But everything turns out against her wishes and the girl ends her life.

The younger sister, with an aim to take revenge, gets into the family as the daughter-in-law.

How she succeeds in her mission is what the story is all about.

Directed by A.R.Ramesh, the cast includes Sanjay Bhargavi, Banu Prakash, Kalyani and Kaveri.

Music is by Deva and lyrics are by Pa.Vijay.

(Makkal TV, weekdays, 9.30 a.m.)
