DVD release

Carnatic vocalist Charulatha Mani has been presenting a series of Isai Payanam concerts, wherein she deals with ragas in classical and film music. The fifth concert of the series will be held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Main Hall on August 15, 6 p.m. The ragas in focus are Nalinakanti, Suddha Dhanyasi and Simhendramadhyamam.

Live DVD albums (Volumes III & IV) of Isai Payanam - A musical journey with Charulatha Mani, produced and marketed by GITA Cassettes, will be released on the occasion. There will be a quiz with attractive prizes as well. The event is sponsored by Giri Trading Agency.
