Dance mania: Kala Master, centre, is the main judge of ‘Super Dancer.’

The popularity of the ongoing reality show Super Dancer has motivated Amrita TV to go in for Super Dancer Junior.

Super Dancer Junior will be a dance contest that covers folk, semi-classical, cinema, thematic choreography or fusion dance styles.

Noted film choreographer Kala Master from Chennai, who has choreographed over 3,600 film songs in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi, will be the main judge along with a panel comprising renowned artistes.

She is also the main judge for Super Dancer. The show is filmed on specially designed sets.

Meanwhile, the final episode of Super Dancer, which was launched on May 14 with 20 contestants, will be one of the highlights of Amrita’sprogrammes for Onam.
