SPRUcED UP: The Puliyur temple wears a new look.

Renovation work has been completed at Sri Vyagapureeswara Swamy temple, Sirangudi Puliyur, seven km from Nagapattinam.

A Maha Mandapam at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal temple, a big Utsava Mandapam at Siva temple and staff quarters and relaying of pathway (prakaram) have also been completed.

Maha Kumbabhishekam and Maha Samprokshanam are scheduled to be held on August 27 between 6.45 a.m. and 7.15 a.m. at Siva temple and between 9.05 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. at Perumal temple.

Yagasala pujas will commence on August 24. The six-kala yaga salai pujas will also be conducted.
