Pebbles Infotainment has launched a series of devotional CDs — Muruga’s Arupadai Veedu, Krishna Leela, Maa Durga and Avatars of Lord Vishnu, each compiling a Tamil and English version.
Muruga’s Arupadai Veedu is a collection of stories on the formation of six abodes of Muruga —Tiruparankundram, Tiruchendur, palani, Swamimalai, Tiruttani and Pazhamudir Cholai.
Vivid elaboration
The formations, existence, importance and the festivals celebrated at the six abodes are elaborated vividly with animation, background music and voice over for characters.
Krishna Leela presents the various incarnations and acts of Krishna in ten episodes. Coupled with lively animation and voice over, it presents stories of destruction of evil powers.
Maa Durga explains the origin of the goddess from the powers of Brahma, Vishnu and Siva and highlights the transformation of Durga into different manifestations.
Avatars of Lord Vishnu depict the various forms of Vishnu — fish, tortoise, boar, Narasimha, Vamana, Mohini, Parasurama, Rama and Krishna.
The stories linked to each of these avatars are described with animation. The CD includes additional information on the temples of Vishnu.
The package also includes bonus activities for kids to improve their ability in creative skills and logical thinking.
