Renovation on
Renovation of the Narasimhar shrine is on at the Sri Andal Sameda Sri Rangamannar temple at Bhimanna Mudali Street, Abiramapuram.
The 300-year old temple has beautiful images of Sri Rama, Sita and Lakshmana and Anjaneya. Special pujas are conducted for Sri Ramanuja too.
The work involves building a mandapam for Narasimha. Devotees turn up in large numbers to attend Pradosha puja here. The deity has been moved to Balalayam from the niche it had hitherto occupied. Srirama Navami, New Year and other festivals are celebrated here.
