Comedy show turns four
The comedy show ‘Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru’ aired on Vijay TV will begin its fourth season soon. Vodafone ‘Kalakkapovadhu Champions 3’ reaches the finals now. The champions will compete for a prize money of Rs.
1 lakh in the finals to be held today (December 14). Director Bhoopathy Pandiyan, will be the special guest for the final performance.
The names of the winners will be announced at an event to be held on December 21. Continuing its three-year success stride, Vijay TV launches ‘Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru 4.’
The prize money of Rs. 5 lakhs will go to the person who wins the title in the fourth season along with a chance to host one of the popular shows on the channel and an opportunity to act in a film.
The first round of audition took place in Madurai, Coimbatore and Thanjavur districts recently. The talent hunt in Chennai will take place on Sunday (December 16) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Dr.MGR Janaki School, Arcot Road, (Opposite Avichi School), Saligramam, Chennai.
Specials for ‘Margazhi’
Vijay TV will telecast Andal’s Thirupaavai, in the Tamizh month of Margazhi, from December 17, 5.30 a.m. While Dr.Venkatakrishan renders all the Thiruppaavai paasurams with an explanation, Saindhavi adds music to it.
