The latter will end in April, while the former on December 31. This Art festival is dedicated to the memory of its founder secretary R.Ramachandran (RRC). The festival will be inaugurated by V.P.Dhananjayan. S.Jayaraman (CMD, Neyveli Lignite Corporation) will preside over the function. Ms. Jayaraman will light the kuthuvilakku and Erwin Wendland, German Consul, will be the guest of honour.
