Vasantha Navarathri

Vasantha Navarathri will be celebrated at Om Sri Skandasramam, 1, Kambar St., Mahalakshmi Nagar (Near Camp Road), Selaiyur (Ph - 22290134 / 22293388 / 94446 29570).

Sri Nava Durga Moola Manthra Mangala Chandi Vishesha Homam will be performed to Goddess Prathyankara Devi everyday, from April 6 to 14.

The day starts with ‘Go puja’ daily at 7.15 a.m. followed by the Homa Sankalpam, Ganapathi Homam, Navagraha Homam and Chandi Homam at 9 a.m.

On all days, Goddess Prathyankara Devi will be adorned in the nine different forms of Durga and the Moola Mantra Mangala Chandi Homam will be performed corresponding to it.

There will be a special abhishekam to Goddess Prathyankara Devi at 10.30 a.m., followed by Deeparadanai and Annadanam at 12.30 p.m.
