The activities of Kudumbasree will the focus of a series called ‘Kootukaari,’ which will be telecast on Doordarshan. Kudumbasree has been at the forefront of activities to strengthen women’s empowerment and help those living below the poverty line. Volunteers of Kudumbasree from all over Kerala will participate in the programme and talk about the wide-reaching programmes of the initiative. It will be telecast on Thursdays at 14.00
