Enna Porutham

(Jaya TV, Tuesdays, 21.30)

The channel in association with Brooke Bond 3 Roses, presents a reality game show for young couples.

The show highlights the finer aspects of married life, focussing on various emotions and sentiments besides testing the IQ level of each pair and compatibility between them. Out of hundreds of couples who took part in the earlier rounds held in Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore, a few were shortlisted for the finals and they must prove that they are ‘Made for Each Other.’

Comedy Colony

(Jaya TV, weekdays, 21.00)

Stay tuned to go on a roller coaster ride packed with non-stop comedy in this serial, which began on May 5. The series profiles the life of the inmates of a colony, the ordeals each undergoes and how it is handled.

The cast includes Malavika, Sairam, Sachu, Bombay Gnanam, ‘Kavithalaya’ Krishnan, Balaji, Peeli Sivam, Monika and Sangeetha.

HariGiri Assembly

(Jaya TV, weekdays, 22.35)

Meet celebrities from various fields in this programme, which is being aired from May 5. After a hiatus, the programme is back with a revamped look, with Bosskey and Sethu anchoring the show.

Change in timings

Jaya TV has rescheduled the air timings of a few programmes.

Kollywood Court,’ will be aired on Sundays, 22.35; ‘Kichu Kichu.com,’ Sundays at 19.00;

Take 5,’ on Saturdays at 22.35; ‘Countdown’ on Saturdays, 22.00; ‘Kelvikkanai’ on Mondays and Fridays at 18.30;

Kollywood Diary’ on Wednesdays, 18.30 and ‘Nermugam’ on Sundays at 22.00.

Show for kids

Pattampoochi,’ a game show for kids will be aired on Makkal TV, weekdays at 17.30. Spread over three rounds, the participants need to prove their talents which will win them gifts at the end of each round.

Kokku Para Para,’ is an educative and entertaining round wchich provides a huge list of animals/birds’ names with the fixed suffix, ‘Para Para.’

The contestant who fails to match the animals with the suffix will have to quit the game.

See it to Name it,’ will present a collage of images containing animals and birds. The participant has to identify the animal or bird hidden in the group.

In the final round, ‘Your Choice,’ the participant has to choose a number from an array and must give out details about the object that will be showcased against the number. Stay on as there are loads of prizes for viewers too.
