Directed by M.R.Senthilkumar, this mega portrays the life of an employed woman, hailing from a middle-class family, who raises her voice against male chauvinism.

The series profiles the challenges faced by working women and its repercussions.

The show that serves as a platform for young talents to showcase their skills in music and dance reaches the mega finals.

Six kids from both the categories have entered the mega finals.

Their performances are evaluated by musician Unnikrishnan and choreographer Raghava Lawrence.

Tune in this weekend to see who bags the title and who wins the maximum votes.

Thaka Dhimi Thaa

(Jaya TV, Sunday, 8 a.m.)

This dance show reached its 250th episode recently and a special event to mark its success was organised at Narada Gana Sabha, Chennai.

Actor and dancer Vyjayantimala Bali inaugurated the function which featured the presentations of eminent dancers and their troupes.

These apart, a special episode of Thaka Dhimi Thaa was also organised in which pioneers from various fields participated.

Dance Jodi Dance

(Jaya TV, Wednesday, 21.30)

Anchored by choreographer Ramji, this dance show reaches its finals this week.

The selected contestants from Tiruchi, Madurai, Coimabtore and Chennai will have to once again prove their mettle in the finals.

Actor Suja and choreographer Nobel will be the special judges for this episode.

The winning pair will take home a cash prize of Rs.2 lakhs.

The programme encores Saturday (July 19) at 11 a.m.

Movie show on Raj TV

Cine Mini, Fridays, 20.00, talks about films of the 1980s and 1990s and analyses the creative and technical talents that were used to bring out the blockbusters and classic movies of those days.
