Ingenium Dramatics is presenting its first English musical production, The Lion King, at Ravindra Bharati on August 1 at 7 p.m.

The Lion King presents the story of a lion cub’s journey to adulthood and acceptance of his royal destiny.

The tale tells its mythic coming-of-age tale with a combination of spectacular dances and lively music, featuring songs by Elton John and Tim Rice, and a score by Hans Zimmer. The film remains one of the most well known and talked about Disney productions. Tickets are available at Almond House, Himayat Nagar and Banjara Hills, and Sangeet Sagar, Secundrabad.
