Music programme

Bharat Kalachar has organised ‘Ninaikkaatha Neramillai,’ a music programme on classical film melodies, to be presented by V. Deepika on July 19, 6.30 p.m., at Sri YGP Auditorium, 17, Tirumalai Raod, T. Nagar. Songs of Madurai Somu, GNB, MS, DKP, P. Leela, Radha-Jayalakshmi, P. Suseela, S. Janaki and M.S. Rajeswari will be rendered. Organised in connection with MLV’s 80th birth anniversary celebrations, her songs will be sung on the occasion. A. Natarajan, former director, Doordarshan Kendra, Chennai, will preside and launch the website www.deepikav.com.

Dance workshop
