Anniversary fest
Vaani Arts Academy's 13th anniversary will be celebrated on February 17, 5.30 p.m. at Dakshinamurthy Auditorium, P.S. Institute of Music, Arts and Culture, R.K. Mutt Road, Mylapore.
The teachers and students will present a series of cultural programmes of music and dance on the occasion.
S. Krishnamurthy, former principal, Technical Teachers Training Institute, Government of India, Chandigarh, will preside over the function and distribute mementos to music teachers of the Academy and certificates of appreciation to students.

Tirunakshatram
The 65th tirunakshatra mahotsavam of Tirumalaivaiyavur Kulasekara azhwar will take place on February 25.
The utsavam begins at 6 a.m. with Suprabhatam. Special Thirumanjanam for Sri Kallapiran Sridevi, Bhoodevi Sri Kulasekharazhwar will be performed at 3 p.m. followed by Tiruppadi sevai at 7 p.m.
Veda parayanam, prabhanda sevai, upanyasam, bhajan rendition and nagaswaram recital will also take place on the occasion.
