1. All the participants of a team must be friends.

2. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the Organizers*. The same rules are open to changes and rescheduling by the organizers without prior notice.

3. The applicants or the applicant’s family should not be related to contest sponsors and their sub - contractors, or any of the judges. In case of any such relation the applicant must disclose the same immediately.

4. Deadline for receiving registrations — August 1,2009

5. The decision of the judges is final/absolute and binding.

6. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before and during the event may result in disqualification.

7. All information furnished by the candidate is treated with confidentiality and is not provided to any other individuals, organizations or entities.

8. The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised.

9. Contestants will not consume any alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language during the course of the entire event.

10. Contestants should not drop out after being selected for the finals. Any unavoidable circumstance to be informed to the organizer.

11. Contestants must not be rude toward the judges, other participants, and/or organizers.

12. The Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the contestant on account of their participation in the event. The contestant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account.
