Laloo dum

The funniest personality of 2003 is definitely Laloo Prasad Yadav.

He went to Pakistan on a peace mission and ended up bringing out the joker hid in him with his actions and insipid talk. George Bush came out with the fictitious `Operation Black Sea' into which he himself fell and got completely drenched with `black muck.'
