Havyaka fare

A traditional feast

WITH THE array of foreign cuisine and fast food options available, it is sometimes pleasant to allow your taste buds to revert back to something well known and traditional. For the first time, a Havyaka food festival is coming to Bangalore which will provide classics from North and South Kanara, Shimoga, and Chikmagalur.

Amongst the delicacies on offer at the fest, to be held on February 28 and 29 at Girinagara grounds, will be holige, jackfruit preparations, genasale, and kottekadubu.

Fun activities have also been organised.
