The heat is on late lateefs in Government offices. With the Chief Minister deciding that sauntering in after 10.30 a.m. is not the way to work for officials anymore, it is time to bid adieu to all those age-old lame excuses of buses running late and sudden fevers.

But given their track record, the `sarkari babus' are sure to come out with something. So, what do we do to ensure that they reach offices on time?
