Open Schooling results out

Only 27.95 per cent get through

NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Open Schooling declared its Secondary School Examination results on Saturday, recording a pass percentage of 27.95 per cent.

In all, over 1.67 lakh students appeared for the examination from various centres across India, West Asia and Nepal, with only 46,728 students clearing it. While the boys recorded a pass percentage of 26.22, 31.87 per cent girls cleared the examination.

Students can access the results at the NIOS website www.nos.org or www.nios.ac.in.

Results by SMS

The results will also be available at the website www.indiaresult.com and www.examresults.net.

Students can also receive the result through SMS by typing out NIOS10 Roll No to 2424 or 3636.

The students can collect their statement of marks, migration certificate and provisional certificate from their respective study centres after four or five days.
