A festival to present the best of the legendary Chettinad cuisine is now on in the rustic settings of Le Royal Meridien's Royal Indian restaurant Navaratna. The festival is on till June 26.
Rooted in the global tradition of the merchant Chettiar community, Chettinad cuisine is a heady mix of traditional spices and global influences from South East Asia.
