Special postal cover on school released

To mark golden jubilee of Vidya Mandir

Venkataraman receives the first copy from Vatsala Raghu

CHENNAI: Marking the start of the golden jubilee celebrations of Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School was the recent release of a special postal cover.

At the function held on the school premises, Vatsala Raghu, Chief Postmaster-General, released the cover and commended the `child-friendly-learner centred approach' to learning practised in the school.

Mr. Venkataraman, former Secretary, MLC School Society, received the first copy of the special cover from Ms. Raghu.
