What is Soola Yoga, what are its effects, and what remedies are possible?

N. R. Prabhu, Alappuzha.

SOOLA Yoga is the 9th of the 27 Vishkambadhi Yogas. It occurs when the joint motion of the Sun and Moon is 13 Degrees and 20 Minutes. Generally the Yoga has implications for health and the types of enjoyment preferred in life. People born under Soola Yoga may be poorly recompensed for hard work, be short-tempered by nature, and inclined to cause hindrances to others. Prayer to Sri Dhanvanthri will be a general remedy, besides worshipping one's own family deity. Further remedies can be devised by competent advisers after examining all aspects of a native's horoscope.
