Lagna Meena, and Rasi Kanni, I am running Sani Mahadasa from June 2002. My horoscope has Saturn (Retrograde) with Kethu, in Makara; Jupiter in Kumbha; Mars in Mesha; Sun and Budha in Rishabha; Venus and Rahu in Kataka. What prospects during Sani Maha Dasa, and especially when Saturn is in 10th in Gochara ?

SATURN'S Maha Dasa is the 4th for you, with birth-star Chitta 1st Pada. Saturn in the 11th is good. Texts say Saturn as the 4th Maha Dasa may not promise much good. Lagna Lord Jupiter, also Lord of 10 (profession/job) is in the 12th. Saturn transits through the 10th in Gochara, up to August, 2004. Praying regularly and sincerely to Guru (Jupiter) is most essential to gain success in what you undertake. Saturn's retrogression is not harmful due to Sthaanabala. The period 2005 to 2007 can bring improvement.
