Is it right that that Janma Rasi, and not Lagna, should be the basis of predictions when a person is past 40 years of age?

KHOUSIKAN

P.V.K. Sarma, Chennai.

Predictions are based on Lagna (Vidhi), Moon (Madhi), and Sun (Gathi). While all three are important, the emphasis can vary depending on particular horoscopes, and also the age of the native, particularly in relation to the Maha Dasa-s and Bhukthi-s in operation.

Gochara predictions are based on Janma Rasi. There are many rules in astrology, and deep study is necessary to understand which rule, or combination of rules, is applicable in a case.
