My son is eldest, the bride is also eldest and born in Jyeshta month. Some say due to the three Jyeshta factor, marriage should not be performed. Please clarify.

KHOUSIKAN

R.V. Amaresh, Bangalore.

AS per Texts, "Thrijyeshta" is considered when marriage is celebrated in the month of Jyeshta (Tamil - Aani - When Sun is in Mithuna) for a boy who is born as the eldest with a girl who is also born as the eldest.

In some communities they are not selecting life partner when both are eldest and marriages not performed.

Good dates: March 3 and March 4 up to 11:00 a.m.
