Secret of her looks

FINALLY the secret of her "dream girl" looks is out. Actress HEMA MALINI, who much to the astonishment of most fans seems to look younger and more glowing than ever, claimed that the secret to her youthful looks is a "purely vegetarian diet". At the release of a book on food, Malini said, "simple vegetarian food is the only food that I have. I fast twice a week when I eat nothing but steamed vegetables." Dispelling the myth that rice is fattening, she added that steamed idlis made of broken rice were the answer. Malini extolled the virtues of a "satvik" diet and claimed that its spiritual benefits were manifold. Looking at her agility and punishing regime of daily dance she seemed to have few detractors. Even the lone dissenter there had to grudgingly admit that she had a point.
