Painting for Charity

YET another celebrity doing her bit for charity is actor SUSHMITA SEN who has turned out to be a closet painter. Sen, who recently auctioned one of her works in Dubai to raise money for Imran Khan's cancer initiative, said, "I usually paint for myself or my friends and have never had a show. This is the first time that I have put up my paintings for an auction and I am very happy that the proceeds are going for a noble cause." The actor could not help but praise Khan for his charm and charisma and commented that "even though we belong different eras we bonded well." Khan has, of course, promised the star his presence whenever she feels the need to raise funds in India. Now that's quid pro quo.
