Winter visitors

Theodore Baskaran's "Visitors at Koondhankulam" (December 17) was very interesting. An unpolluted place undisturbed by humans is rare. The birds will definitely bring good luck to the villagers who welcome their winter visitors. Incidentally the place is brimming with fish and other aquatic life. Nature is bountiful not only to human beings but to beasts and birds alike. Let us share this gift with all.
