Spunky Preity

OF all the simpering misses who seem to adorn Bollywood's horizons, she's proved the spunkiest. Two years into a libel case against a tabloid and actor PREITY ZINTA still turns up regularly for every hearing. Zinta believes that she has no "other choice but clear her name".

Commenting on the questions she has had to face in court Zinta remarked, "This is nothing. Just wait a bit and see what I'll be asked about my morality. I feel almost like a rape victim." But her famous sense of humour hasn't deserted her despite the trying times.

Leaving the court premises, Zinta perked up saying she had to run off to "dress like a diva" for her shoot. And as an afterthought she added, "Do you think I should get a cooler for my next hearing (to combat the heat) or will they think of it as a bribe?" she grinned.
