For a straight spine
This refers to “Use your back properly” (December 16). The points about good posture, yoga and others related to maintenance of spine and avoiding a backache are very useful for all. I found it especially handy since I work with computers and was not aware of the need for good posture.

Nowadays back pain is a severe problem not only in older people but also in teenagers and even children. Perfect alignment of our body is explained with a good example and stress is laid on having a good posture. Also not many know that yoga, unless taught properly, could lead to more problems. Again not many in India know about Pilates or the Alexander technique. More such information would be welcome
