Lack of dignity

“Invisible Women” (December 30) is not only an exposition of the invisibility of women’s work but also indignity of women’s work. Even when household unpaid labour of women gets replaced by paid labour, it lacks dignity. This primarily emerges from the lack of dignity of labour in general and women’s labour in particular.
