With reference to “Packing a punch” (January 20), there is no doubt that the documentary is a powerful medium to convey a message. Even the electronic media cannot match its powe. However, electronic media, today is more after TRP ratings and money. It has forgotten its duty towards the people. Therefore, documentary is the only medium left to people to watch to get the true information.

The last part of Sevanti Ninan’s column is about Nano. Ratan Tata attracted the attention of the whole world and a prestigious product got a “pop star welcome”. It is absurd to complain about the environment impact of the Nano.
