Be positive

Positive mood (June 8) can be defined as a mental state in which an individual would take interest in the outside world to a noticeable degree. Dullness would not enter one’s personality when one is in that mood. In fact, one would keep busy with constructive thoughts in one’s mind. These thoughts would reflect themselves in some sort of activity on the part of the individual. That activity need not necessarily be some formal physical exercise. It would rather relate to an activity in a wider sense. Persons with a negative mood would prefer to stay in solitude, thinking about negative ideas of fruitless nature. I believe that keeping active is a consequence of a person’s positive mood. It may perhaps not be true that physical activity leads to a positive mood.
