Akhila Sivadas’s article (June 8) was carefully constructed and engagingly written. The mismanagement of the dual murder case both by the Noida police and the media is hard to miss. The Noida police’s claim of having moved in the right direction and successfully “cracked the case” proved spurious when the CBI had to be handed over the case. The police very insensitively accused a deceased minor of an illicit relationship with the servant. The article takes good note of all the issues involved.
