“Small state, Big attitude” (August 17) gave a comprehensive picture of Goa ’s political, social, economic structure. Despite being a small State, it has excelled in the fields of tourism, literacy, and developmental works. Goa’s culture is unique, at the same time it is deeply embedded in its roots.
