TINSEL TOWN
A Brit too much
Another pop singer to go to Britain now is Britney Spears.
Spears will be at Old Blighty playing a two-week residency at London’s O2 Arena next year. Spears is also planning a huge world tour by the end of next year, piggybacking on her forthcoming album, “Circus”.
Brit newspapers say that Britney has negotiated a deal with the London venue which will see her show based there for 14 nights.
Paris isn’t burning
Recently, Paris Hilton’s bony frame had people commenting that she was not well and whether her reality show, “My BFF” was causing health disorders.
But Paris says that she is in the best shape of her life and her fans need not worry about these reports.
In an interview to In Touch magazine she says, “I am healthier than ever. I’ve been eating so healthily since I’ve been here (in London). No sodas and no fast food like I usually do in LA.”
Ashlee’s baby shower
Well known pop artiste Ashlee Simpson is also on the route that Gwen has taken. We mean about delivering the kid first.
Ashlee and her husband Pete Wentz organised a last-minute baby shower party in Los Angeles over the weekend for close friends and family.
They wanted to keep the location a secret and sent invites to very few people and those invites too were sent at the last moment.
Pete says that the child is ready to come out anytime.
Gwen’s baby skin
International singer Gwen Stefani used the usual Hollywood route to publicity as she shed inhibitions and her clothes to pose with her newborn son Zuma in the kiddo’s first official photo shoot.
Gwen and her husband Gavin Rosedale already have a two year old kid called Kingston.
In pictures of her with her kiddo, Gwen has posed with Zuma, who was born in August, showing mom and child touching skin to skin.
Ashley’s wedding
While on Ashlee, actress Ashley Simpson is now planning to tie the knot in a whopping one million US dollar ceremony on the French Riviera. The wedding with the star of “National Treasure” — Justin Bartha” — is being kept a secret though reports suggest that it will take place in the south of France next summer. Karl Lagerfield is expected to create the wedding gown and photographer Annie Leibovitz will shoot the event.
